Online Return Policy

Need to return an item? No problem! Our return policy is here to make things quick and easy for you. With few restrictions and a quick turnaround, we'll have you taken care of in no time.

We want everyone that shops at monelie.com to receive the same standard of quality, which means that we want everyone to receive products in perfectly pristine condition. Our return policy reflects this commitment to our customers, and we hope that it's a win-win for everyone!

What Can I Return?

We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of receipt for all products that meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be unused and unopened.
  • Items must be returned in original condition.

What Can I NOT Return?

  • Opened and/or used items.

How Do I Return My Item?

1. First we need to make sure your item is returnable, so send our orders department an email at support@monelie.com with a picture of your product, and the reason for your return.

2. Once you're authorized, just ship your item back to us!

  • Pack all items to be returned in a sturdy shipping carton. (Use the original if you want!)
  • Enclose a copy of your sales receipt. Keep the original for your records!
  • Ship it back by the method of your choice. 

How Do I Get My Refund?

  • On approved returns, refunds will be issued for the amount of the product less the 5% credit card processing fees and any manufacturers restocking fees that may apply.
  • Credit for returns are normally processed within 3 business days from the date we receive the merchandise.
  • Credit will be applied to the credit card given online when the original order was placed.
  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.*
  • Exchanges can easily be arranged by contacting us at support@monelie.com. Please be sure to include your order number in the subject line.
